Return and Refund Policy


SKYCULTURE – Books Products Company

At SKYCULTURE, we are committed to delivering high-quality books to our customers. Each order is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Book received is damaged during transit
  • Wrong book delivered
  • Book has printing or binding defects

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the book must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Books damaged due to customer misuse
  • Books with torn pages, markings, or writing
  • Digital or downloadable books (if applicable)
  • Books purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned book is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect books, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement book (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
